  Good doctors, but unfortunately no continuity of service as you cannot get a same day appointment with the same doctor (or any doctor some days). Not sure why they don’t reserve a few spots (even Telehealth appts) for those that need to speak to a doctor that day.

  Unfortunately a nice practice with some wonderful doctors but reception staff who couldn't give 2 hoots. You can't get an appointment within a couple of days of calling/checking online which totally defeats the purpose of having a good local GP. I called rather stressed this morning after speaking to nurse on call, only to be told they couldn't see my newborn because they're already over booked. Most clinics would hold some times/appointments for vulnerable age groups (or even attempt to check), but not here, even after being a regular patient for 6+ years and paying for each and every appointment as they're a private clinic. Not even a sorry, just computer says no. Unfortunate because they do really have some great doctors, just that you can't get in to see them unless you know you'll be sick 2 weeks in advance.

  I never write bad reviews, this would be the first, but when it comes to medical problems I believe this needs to be heard. After coming here for 18+ years, I’m extremely disappointed in the service of the this clinic. The doctors are exceptional, the receptionist and management, a little to be desired. After paying private fees for all these years and I was charged for a long consult after only a quick 15min consult with absolutely nothing done in that time. I was then harassed by receptionist to pay. After emailing management to make an inquiry about this, I never heard back. Being pregnant and with chronic health problems, every time I try and see my GP I can’t, absolutely sad especially when private obstetrician question why I can’t see my GP because of the receptionist who are always rude. It’s disgusting. Business lost from me as I have found a lovely new GP in a nearby area.

  Make sure your wallet is full when you go to this place. The doctors are money hungry and not focused on your health, don't even bother to take simple blood pressure. Disgraceful service
