  Be warned this this is unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a juke box and photo booth in April. When I initiated contact in September leading up to the function, I was not receiving responses. I would need to follow up multiple times. On occasion when I did receive a response the tone of communication was abrupt, vague or dismissive. I experienced a great deal of stress as a result of Figtek. Two days prior to my event I received a message advising that the juke box had been damaged by the previous customers and that it was under repair. When I expressed frustration and requested a contingency plan, he proceeded to cancel the booking, only two days prior to my function. As a customer with a function in two days, one would think that it was natural to request a contingency plan. Instead he rudely pulled the pin and cancelled the booking for both photo booth and juke box. 
  Please please please do not book with this service. The stress is not worth it. In a few hours I find another service highly professional with great communication who valued my satisfaction, very unlike Figtek.

  I had only heard of the instant photobooth so far until i experienced it myself in my cousins wedding. Its just amazing. The main attraction is the instant prints that you will be able to enjoy with & carry back home.
