She cares for her patients and structures rehab programs that are effective and well thought out out. She has a caring and friendly attitude and is always prepared to listen. I would thoroughly recommend Naveena to anyone who is seeking treatment.

Stated I needed to book another appointment or get the provider to ring and request referral. Needed to wait a week for that appointment and spend another $60-70 for the receptionist to send something they already have on file. Honestly poor, lazy and unhelpful.

I have seen 2 male practitioners here not going to name, names but they were very unhelpful, disinterested and overall lazy when trying to accommodate my issues and concerns. They just seemed as they couldn’t be bothered. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone and I wouldn’t attend the clinic if my life depended on it. Only reason I attended was to try it out as my regular doctor is currently away on holidays. I must say the receptionist lady’s were helpful and kind when booking an appointment.
